摘 要：隨著鄉(xiāng)村振興的逐步深入，以改善農(nóng)村居住環(huán)境，提高農(nóng)民生活質(zhì)量的農(nóng)村既有建筑節(jié)能改造建設(shè)項(xiàng)目逐漸增多，但改造前節(jié)能分析大都沒(méi)有進(jìn)行區(qū)域調(diào)整;以石家莊地區(qū)農(nóng)房節(jié)能改造工程為例，選擇調(diào)研分析了石家莊地區(qū)某地農(nóng)房的建筑存量、使用情況和建筑性能，建立了石家莊農(nóng)村地區(qū)的居民建筑節(jié)能數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，對(duì)石家莊地區(qū)農(nóng)房的改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行計(jì)算，提出技術(shù)改造方案，并分析了農(nóng)房節(jié)能改造后的效益。同時(shí)為其他農(nóng)村地區(qū)的農(nóng)房節(jié)能改造提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: With the gradual deepening of the construction of rural revitalization,energy-saving renovation projects for existing rural buildings aimed at improving the living environment and improving the quality of life of farmers have gradually increased, but most of the energy conservation analyses have not carried out regional adjustments before the renovation. . Taking the energy-saving renovation project of rural houses in Shijiazhuang as an example, selects research and analysis of the building stock, usage, and building performance of rural houses in a certain area of Shijiazhuang, establishes an energy-saving database for residential buildings in rural areas of Shijiazhuang, calculates the renovation projects of rural houses in Shijiazhuang, proposes technical renovation plans, and analyzes the benefits of energy-saving renovation of rural houses. At the same time, it provides a reference basis for energy-saving renovation of rural houses in other rural areas.
